We have a range of cooking classes to suit your needs. The date for our next cooking class is Friday 15th December. These classes are generally very small so that you are able to get personalised assistance.

Lifestyle Medicine is a whole system approach to the prevention and reversal of chronic lifestyle related diseases through the modifications of certain behaviours and habits. These include a whole foods plant based diet, physical activity, stress reduction techniques, sleep and refraining from habits such as smoking.
We are in the midst of planning a wfpb Seaside Adventure / Cooking / relaxation retreat soon. This will be for people who want to have some fun adventures by the sea but also relax and unwind, while nourishing themselves with delicious whole food plant based meals.
